I can feel a very slight hesitation at around 2K RPM most noticeable at lower speeds. Completed the ETM test as well as gas pedal test and noticed gas pedal glitching (freezing) randomly around the 20% throttle area . I previously upgraded from brush to contactless, maybe a cleaning will fix??
gas pedal glitching
ETM test results good or bad?

I’ve got exactly the same issue with Karla (99 S0 awd) at 2000 rpm. I can push through it to 2750 rpm neither smooths out
We get very few electronic accelerator pedal failures here, I would guess it’s the ETM that’s unhappy.
Mine is original white label but only has 99k on it

Definitely clean the throttle body. The interesting thing about the second chart is that the throttle plate was hung up both when the throttle was opening and when closing but at two different angle positions. Clean close to the shaft where there is potential for hangups at throttle angles other than fully open or fully closed.
I would try re-running the ETM test with the engine hot if it wasn't already hot for the tests you posted. I would also run the ETM test a bunch of times in a row. The same open/close sweep that you are doing with your foot is happening in the ETM test. One process shouldn't be different from the other unless a different opening/closing speed is causing the fault.
