Great video.
I have some suggestions to do in addition to what in on video.
Make a serpentine belt routing diagram. Volvo does not put a label anywhere and cleaning up and doing google and other searches for the info tends to make you angry.
ALWAYS paint or crayon mark your marks on the cams. They will often not be perfectly aligned and if they move you will wonder if it was off to the left or to the right when it doesn't align perfectly. Marking saves that angst.
I recommend removing the computer box lid and body. These come off without removing the modules inside and make access mush easier.
4 and 5 cylinder have tensioner moved to the left to increase tension. 6 cylinder engines have tensioner moved right to increase tension.

I think he called it a "serpentine belt tool" it looked like a flat bar with a 14mm nut welded on the end. The box end of a 14mm wrench goes in there and then the open end of the 14mm wrench goes on the pulley bolt. Thats what it looked like.

I use wrench with pipe instead. The belt tool is near $40 at Autozone to purchase or to loan with full refund.

Great video, but can someone post torque specs? I don't feel comfortable with just letting the air gun set torques. Also, if hand torquing the crank pulley, how do you keep the crank from rotating? Thanks.

Torque for:
idler bolts
tensioner bolt
crank bolts
crank nut
shock tower brace bolts

Good video, but if you don't have the air tools, it is easier to leave the crank pulley on, and removed the two bolts on the plastic guard toward the front of the pulley. Then the flossing of the belt off and on around the crank pulley.
