Get a can of lithium spray grease and hit all of the pivot points. The squeak sounds much like it is coming from the bearing on the throttle body. You can pick up the spray grease at any auto parts store.
Beyond that check the hose from the idle air control valve to make sure it hasn't split.

Yeah if it's revving its tits off after checking the throttle plate is closing (which you've done perfectly in your video) there must be an air leak somewhere past the plate?
I'd check the vacuum tree and any other pipes that come out of the inlet manifold. I also think there's a freeze plug at the left side (the side furthest from the throttle plate) of it somewhere that might be worth checking too.
Chris...

Chris, The only code i am receiving is the EGR code. Im guessing the EGR is completely plugged up. if i get that cleaned up, as well as my intake and throttle body. do you think my air flows will increase? If suction is the issue here. Wouldnt it go back to its position after stopped the car? It didnt when it happened. Unless it got opened then gunked open?
Drove my car today with almost no problems, it seems to be a little quicker on the foot.

Speed has never killed anyone, suddenly becoming stationary... That's what gets you.
