Alarm freaking out Topic is solved

Hi, I'm stuck at work right now because my S80 alarm is in some weird state. The remote failed to unlock the car. I got in and the alarm didn't go off, but now if I move the key back from the "On" position the alarm goes off. No lights come on anywhere. I happen to have cracked my windshield today, am wondering if this somehow put the security system into a "violated" state.

Anybody know any secrets for resetting the alarm after an attempted break-in (which is what the cracked windshield might accidentally simulate)?
