Vibration

Post by Smuggus »

Whenever i push on the gas pedal, my car seems to vibrate from the front wheel (more so the drivers side but i may not notice the passenger side) if i let off of the gas the vibrating feeling stops, it also stops if i put it in neutral and coast. So it is not engine or vehicle speed related, i believe that it may be the cv axle, however wanted some different opinions before i tore into the diagnosis. Thanks for viewing!!

i just recently had the same thing. it was the cv joint. its actually easier and cheaper to replace the axle with a rebuilt one.

I had my CV Joint replaced by a local mechanic. Part was hard to find, but he replaced it for under $250.00
