S80 / 2003 / No Power

Post by herobi55 »

Hi
I am new here but maybe you can help me. I bought a S80 2 weeks ago. the car was stationary for more than 2 years. I drove the car home ( app 25 km) next day i wanted to go for a longer drive but.....when i started the car all of a sutton the Engine warning light came on and the engine revs went only to around 1800 - 2000 rpm. After consulting the internet i replaced the ETM, wich did not help at all. Same symptoms as before. Can anybody give me a hint whats wrong.
Thanks in advance

Sounds like you may be stuck in "limp home mode." Can you pull the codes from the OBD port?
