Hi All,
I am noticing recently that when I go 65+ mph my car starts to vibrate and progressively gets worse the faster I go to the point that at about 80 mph the car is vibrating violently. Additionally if I am in a turn at that speed the vibration either subsides or goes away but once I go into a straight away the vibration returns. It seems to have begun after I changed my struts and before I got a wheel alignment. I thought the wheel alignment would fix it but it is still there. I have looked around and it seems people with similar situations the remedy varies from the tire to the axle itself. I am wondering if anyone has come across this and how they fixed it. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Tim

Do your brakes shimmy violently if you apply them at higher speeds?

I had a similar issue. When I got to 90mph my car would shake like crazy. An alignment fixed everything. When you had your alignment done did they do all 4 wheels?
