That is a long term fuel trim, lower limit code.
It could be caused by:
Intake air leak.
High fuel pressure.
Leaking injectors.
Defective Mass AirFlow (MAF) sensor.
Contaminated engine oil.
Oil level too high.
Defective heated oxygen sensor (HO2S).
Bill.
