The two power stages are both under the intake manifold. They have nothing to do with the ECT sensor. On electronic ignition the power stage replaces the distributor.

They are part #3 in the attached.

Hesitation is one of the hardest to diagnose as usually the problem isn't severe enough to set codes.

Some of the things to check are:
Knock sensor. This senses knock and automatically retards the timing. They get full of grunge and give false information. Incorrectly retarded timing will give you a noticeable hesitation.

A slightly faulty MAF which, during low air mass conditions, can output a spurious signal to the ECU causing a lean pulse width to the injectors. Carefully check the MAF wiring harness plug. Slight misalignment of the female contacts can cause ECU input problems.

Faulty coolant thermostat. This can cause the engine to run too cool and lose power.

A faulty power stage can cause idle problems and hesitation but is usually indicated by a fluctuating tachometer.

The ECT sensor that supplies the signal to the ECU, not the temp gauge, can cause all sorts of problems.

As far as the MAF cleaning, there is a spray that is specifically for MAF cleaning. Can't say how effective it is. Go to you local car shop and pick up a can.
Many Thanks,

Well I did clean Maf Sensor, not much differance
I am looking for another one, I talked to someone and he told me make sure it exact same one, he also said that the 95 Volvo 960 was the only one to have this one, can some one help me out
Here is what was on car Air Bosch 562172A / 0280213025

I did drive car and seems ok WHEN WARMED UP
The problem I have is that when I start car and let run for a min or two, go to give it gas and car hardley moves, as I give it gas slightly and engine warms up it just picks up and goes

I drove 18 miles and to check engine light
Still puzzled on this thats why I am looking at MAF, TEMP SENSORS ETC

Correct. '92 - '94 used one type, '96 - '97 used another and stuck in the middle was the '95 with another.

Have you tried disconnecting the MAF to see if it makes any difference to the running? Usually when the MAF is going it will set a fault code.
