S60 fog light problems

I have a S60 2003, my fog lights not turn on, I change the bulbs and nothing,

I just brougth this car one month ago,, how can i do for turn on this fog lights ?

please help me

Do you know if the lights were installed at the factory or at a later time? I ask because many S60s came from the factory without fog lights...the holes were plugged with plastic covers. A kit can be purchased that has all the needed materials (lights, relays, switches) and are actual Volvo parts. Everything is prewired in the car to add them on. Once you install them, you still need to go to a Volvo dealer to have them download the software to make them work. I know all this because I did this a few years ago on my 2002 S60.
I'm wondering if the previous owner installed the lights, but not the software. I'd first check all fuses, but you might need software.
