need to know why oils blown out my fill cap or my dipstick? it builds up pressure and seems 2be blown oil every where in engine compartment? help

This sounds like a classic case of a clogged Positive Crankcase Ventilation system. Check your flame trap and the surrounding hoses. Clean/replace as necessary.
1994 Volvo 940: 189,000 miles.

+1 on the diagnosis.

The attachment shows the PCV system for the 740 B230F engine. The flame trap is part #5. If you are going to clean the whole system, which is recommended if it hasn't been done for some time, do not pull hose #10 out of place as it is a major job getting it back in.

The B230FT does not have a flame trap.
