850T5 Oil leak from engine

My Volvo 850T5 is a 1995 model. I have done 164,000 km of extremely pleasurable driving. In the last couple of months I have noticed an oil
leak from the right hand side of the engine. I would appreciate any advice on the cause and how to rectify this.
