I am also in need of an ECC Module - mine burned out in my 93 and I'm having a hard time finding one.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner but, (as you may have already assumed by me not posting those photos for you) I happen to be lucky and found a Volvo Salvage Place near my house so I went there and got some used ones for about $50 for the two. They didnt last long but sounded better than what I had before.
I didn't realize either that I could have substituted the 4 speakers in the back with 4-ohms. The front 4 in mine are 4-ohms while the rear 4 are 8-ohms. So next time I am looking to replace I will consider switching to 4-ohms. Thank you for the offer of looking though.
