2002 S60 Radio lights-I'm puzzled

2002 S60 Radio lights-I'm puzzled

Looking for info regarding my 02 S60 radio. The lights are "out", until
I've driven for 1-2 hours-then they start Flashing, and eventually stop flashing and stay on, until the car is shut off- then it starts all over again.
Anyone have an idea out there what's going on? Thank you
