740 Steering servo problem

740 Steering servo problem

I have noticed a problem with my steering servo. When I turn the front wheels almost to maximum at very low speed, the wheels start to vibrating. It is the streering servo causing this. I noticed that the oil level was a little bit below minimum level, but have now refilled it. Can someone till me what is causing this problem and how to solve it.
