My name is John Guynn and the recently purchased 1998 V70 T5 is the first Volvo I've owned. It's only the second import I've owned, the first being a 1993 Toyota Supra that I had in the early 90's. My other cars of note are 1970 AMC Rebel Machine, 1970 AMC AMX, 1995 Plymouth Neon Sport Coupe, 1988 Chevy Camaro IROC 5.7L and my wife's 2001 Pontiac Formula Firehawk.

By trade I'm an IT guy, specializing in hardware. I currently work for the Stafford Police Department in Stafford, TX.

Hobbies include firearms and drag racing (watching, driving and/or working on cars).

Any Volvo owners in the Houston area?
