volvo just shuts off Topic is solved

Hi,

I have a 91 volvo station wagon. unfortunately i dont know the model number. it does not have a turbo.

i was at a stop light and then all of a sudden it shut down. the radio was still playing. i tried to start it, and it didnt start. but it started on the second try. no alarms on it. no modifications done to it. just got new spark plug wires and spark plugs.

was wondering if you guys have any suggestions. i was thinking maybe it was my fuel pump, or my fuel injectors, if it has any.

I'd start by checking the relays. It is quite possible that a a fuel pump or other relay is bad or going bad.

Did you check your fuel pump fuse?
