tire size compatability

Hi all, anyone out there able to tell me if the 205/55/16's (approx. 24.5" diameter) from my wifes 98 R wagon will fit on my 94 turbo wagon. I have the 16" turbo mags to put them on. When I look up the specs for various tires in the stock size (50's) and the 55's the difference is a couple of 10ths of an inch in width and 1/2" to 3/4 of an inch in diameter.

Any help is appreciated.

Yes sir, it'll fit. I was running size 205/55/16 for a good period of time with no problems at all on my 850.
