Cabin/Pollen Air Filter - 1997 960

Can anyone direct me to the location of and explain how to change the cabin/pollen air filter in my 1997 Volvo 960?

Welcome to Matthew's Volvo Site.

As far as I can see there is no pollen filter fitted. I checked the VADIS parts and couldn't find one.

In fact, yesterday I was at a 'boneyard' and had a look at a 960 whose passenger side/glovebox area was completely exposed and could clearly see that there was no provision for such a filter - there's only enough space for the air-bag. We can mark this closed.

My '91 didn't have one but, being honest, I wasn't too sure about the later models.
