Wipers will not turn off

Hello, thank you for this website. I have a 95 850 GTL I just bought. A few questions. 1 wipers will not turn off. 2 transmission fluid is a bit dark, can I change it without it slipping? Where can I find parts online cheap? Again thank you very much for this site.

The wiper issue is not one I've heard of before, but it sounds like a problematic relay. As for flushing the transmission, it's one of those "do at your own risk" sort of things. You can read a bit more about it here. For cheap parts online, check out FCP Groton and eEuroparts. Oh, and you have an 850 GLT; there's no such thing as a GTL trim level.
