1999/s80 t6/ snapped off shifter need help please

After being parked with the hand brake on a hill I subsequently snapped the shifter off, all the way at the bottom, i have since diagnosed the problem and it seems i need to replace the entire assembly. I need help with anything on this topic; ie: where i can find a replacement, and for how much---how much work are we talking and can i do it myself? PLEASE HELP
