spec help

Post by yeagermeister »

I'm picking up my '94 850 Wagon (non-turbo) this coming week, and in preparation, I'm trying to get some things together for its arrival in its new home. I've searched around (here, brickboard, etc...) and can't find the following info:

Oil weight and capacity (I'll be going synth)
Tranny oil and capacity (manual, again synth)
Brake fluid (DOT3 or DOT4?)
Power Steering fluid
Water/Antifreeze ratio and capacity
Best spark plug to use and gap

I know all of this will be in the OM (which I don't have yet), but I have limited time before possibly making a long trip, and need to prepare as much as possible to expedite the process.

Thanks in advance!!!!

Oil weight: I use 5w-30 or 5w-40 depending on the season.
Transmission Fluid: Redline MTL
PS Fluid: Any PS fluid or Dexron III/Mercon ATF will work
Antifreeze: 50/50 Ethylene Glycol based coolant
Spark plug: Bosch FR7DC @ 0.028" gap
