850 1996 Radiator Cooling Fan Will not come on at all

I checked the fuse and it was fine. Just wondering where to check next.

OK PLEASE BE VERRYYY CAREFUL! (ELSE YOU WILL LOOSE FINGERS!!!)

Unplug the radiator fan...or disconnect the battery...and just see if you can turn the fan by hand...and report back

Chances are that the cooling fan relay is kaput. The center connector to the relay has, I am working on memory which gets fuzzy, a yellow wire and a yellow/white wire. Remove that connector and ground the socket positions, one at a time, on the relay and see if the fan kicks on. One will be high speed and the other is low speed, I don't recall which wire color controls which speed.

You should be able to feel the relay click as you ground those terminals.

OR! A bad coolant temp sensor. Have you noticed that the car doesn't warm up quickly or the needle stays below about halfway on the gauge?

Does the fan come on with the A/C switched on (if it's very cold outside where you live, this won't necessarily activate, though)

If that's not your case, try jumpering the relay as suggested above. Connect a wire between either the left or right pin and the middle one and it should run.
