2006 s40 low oil

I have a 2006 S40 and on two different occasions the low oil light has gone on. The vehicle was just in for a recall of the oil trap 10-09. Since that repair the vehicle's low oil light went on a second time during turns, when checked the dip stick was dry. In 3 months all the oil was gone, there is no dripping on the driveway and as far as i know the vehicle doesn't smoke. Please give me a clue any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

#1) Put some oil in it.
#2) Check the oil level again.
#3) Contact the dealer who did the repair and let them know what you think happened. Nobody is perfect, so you may have wanted to check to make sure all was ok when you first saw the oil light. Lets hope there is no damage. If there is, you can try to pin it on the dealer who did the repair, but after this long, you might not have a case.
