popping sound from drivers seat

I just bought my first Volvo...a 2006 S60 AWD. Car is great but there is a popping sound that comes from the drivers seat when turning or seat is under side to side pressure. Any luck in getting rid of this popping sound?

There are a couple of threads on swedespeed about this issue. You can search seat popping on their forum and read the threads. I scanned through them and from what I could tell no definitive answer to the problem. Some had parts seat parts replaced, some had parts tightened or greased and some it doesn't look like were fixed after trying various things. Sorry I'm no help and good luck.
