Congrats on the car. Excellent choice for a first car also. I bought my 850 turbo sedan when I was 17 and I'm 20 now. I must say that 225 hp was a bit much for me at the time, but I've kept it under control and even I can't believe that I've never gotten a ticket for anything. A tip on the rear speakers: take off the cover and make sure that the middle speaker part hasn't fallen off and stopped the whole speaker from vibrating.

You should be able to do both of these repairs yourself with minimal tools...good luck!
Speaker problem...make sure that the fader on the radio is set so that it is trying to power rear speakers. If that is ok, then disconnect one of the rear speakers and hook wires to a known good speaker. If that speaker doesn't work then the radio needs repair OR the wiring from the radio to the rear speakers has been broken. Disconnect the speaker harness from the back of the radio, id the wires for the rear speakers and check contiuity of the wires. If the test speaker works, then replace your rear speakers - they are blown out.
Washer problem...check pump, make sure it has electricity and actually pumps water. Don't forget to check the fuse (fuse #34). If pump works, then disconnect hose coming from pump. Blow air through it...if no air goes through it then clean or replace hose. Continue in this manner towards the nozzles. Usually the check-valves, t's, or nozzles are clogged.

I've used a single strand of wire to clear the nozzles/valves/t's in my 740. When done reaim the nozzles:
