1998 S70 GLT idles high after Timing Belt change & Tune Up

Upon closer examination, it turns out that insulation jacket of the throttle cable was caught at the mouth of the adjustable rod (when I did my timing belt and tune-up) which prevented the throttle from closing properly. Once I re-inserted the cable fully into the adjustable rod, the throttle cable wheel was able to retract completely and the engine idles smoothly at 800-900rpm. HAHA I had this same problem when the plastic sleeved started ripping and catching one the rod. Gonna replace it soon!
