I am new to this forum so please bear with me. My wife has a 2005 XC90 that she likes, but it has had it's share of electrical quirks. Right now her Nav Screen keeps popping up when she starts the vehicle, and the message says "DVD Insert Shutter Open on front of Nav Unit, close it to continue" or something along those lines. How do I close the shutter insert (I am not even sure what that is, or can't see that it is open), and is it on the CD Changer or in the DVD player in the arm rest console for the rear seat entertainment system?
