Went through a car wash a couple of weeks ago and the dryer busted out the glass. Car wash paid some body shop to put in a replacement. It works fine but the roof rattles over bumps. Is there some sort of adjustment that I can make to make the glass tighter?? Its a Volvo part so it should fit right.
The car wash will take care of it but I have to leave it and don't have the time.

I would try tightening the two torx screws on each side of the sunroof. To access these you put the sunroof in the tilt position and remove the apron (the accordion looking thing) on each side. There are 3 clips that hold it on at the top and it just pops out, the bottom sits in a track more or less and it will pull out up through the sunroof opening. Most people say to remove the apron, but I've done these with popping it out of the clips at the top and leaving it in the bottom track, just compress it with one hand and you should be able to see the screws. They are torx and one will be near the front and one near the rear on each side of the sunroof.
These screws are actually adjustment screws so (if they are in fact loose and the track moves around on you when you tighten them) you might have to get a helper to hold the sunroof down from the top into place while you tighten them. If you have to adjust the sunroof position you will probably want to go ahead and remove the aprons so you can access the screws with the sunroof closed. I think the spec calls for the glass to be either flush or just a tad below the body (front and rear) so you won't have any wind noise. These are the only accessible screws that I am aware of without removing the headliner so hopefully these are your problem.

otis is correct. I used this site to fix mine:

The "aprons" (Volvo calls them "modesty panels) in the pics are old-style but the info is accurate.
