Transmission Cooler Lines
I am a newbie Volvo owner & Mechanic. I have a 1997 850 Turbo with 135,000 miles. Had the radiator relaced last summer at a shop almost $700. Now I have a laek from transmission cooler line at upper connection. Shop owner says its not his fault wants $370 to replace lines. Has anyone had this problem? Hard to replace?

Thanks, will try the o-rings & clip this weekend. It appears that the leak is at the connnection.
Top connection pipes have a fold over style clip that gets weak if you remove it chances are it wont close down properly, while you're getting the seals might pay you to order the clips too as cable ties eventually rot with the transmission fluid. Bottom connections are screw in

I used a a hose clamp on top of the clip, it works well (DO NOT over tighten the clamp).
