v70 In-dash replacement receiver

Post by chrisvolvo »

Hello: I am looking for an in-dash receiver with Ipod controls and compatible with factory steering wheel controls for volume and search functions. I thought Pioneer would work but the Crutchfield Team says they carry no products that are compatible with Volvo controls.

Anyone have suggestions.

thanks,

I don't think anyone does, but where there's a will there's a way!

there is no aftermarket HU with built in steering wheel compatibility with a P2 Volvo, you will need an adapter--and there is only one: Dietz (well, maybe there is another, but we know the former work: check out ss60's post on swedespeed.)
