2002 V70T5 Release catches in fold-down rear seat backs

V70T5 2002 144,000 miles. The linkages have broken in both rear seat-back release catches. i am seeking advise on how to access and replace the severed links. Rev 1 checked box 'notify me when a reply is posted.
