On the 13th of April I'm getting my T-5 remapped on a specail offer than expires soon not a wild one just taking it up to around 275 ish bhp once thats done I want to stiffen the car and fit some new suspension to make the handling crisper what can you recommend ? I don't want adjutable suspension just something good quality and lowered by around 30-40mm.
What would be a good follow on modification after the map/suspension upgrades?

I believe IPD sells lowering springs that will do what you want (www.ipdusa.com)... if you call, ask for Lucky.
Other than that, the Koni yellow's are suppose to be the struts to get. I run Bilstein Touring (TC's) and they are great and less expensive than most others (www.shox.com) but I don't have my care lowered so don't know how they'll do with that.
