I recently bought a 96 Turbo one owner from a dealer and I think got a good deal. The car wouldn't start so he sold it cheap. A new battery was all it needed.

The car wouldn"t start but the head lights came on and the dash lit up and all seemed fine until you tried to crank it when nothing happened. When the car was jump started it ran great. Their tester indicated a good battery because it read 12 volts. However just because a battery has a 12 volts doesn't mean it has the Amps to crank a starter.
Take the battery to an auto parts store that can test the batterys amperage.
