Eastern Aerospace problem

How to go faster, stop quicker, and turn harder. Chips, exhaust, larger turbos, bigger/slotted/drilled rotors, high performance brake pads, manual boost controllers, performance shocks/struts/springs, airbox mods and more! Also discussion on HID and Xenon lights, aftermarket foglights and other exterior lighting.

Eastern Aerospace problem

Post by BigSpooky »

I am not yet going to attack eastern areospace over this issue, but I need some help. I ordered their strut brace on May 1st. They charged my credit card on the 2nd and I still do not have the strut brace. There is no contact info on their site. I just called information and they have no listing for them in Atlanta. Did I just get screwed? Does anyone have any contact information for these guys?
I also ordered some things from IPD at the same time and received them within 5 business days. Being that I'm in St. Louis I assumed that the strut brace would get here first(only 10 hours to Atlanta), WRONG! I understand that mistakes can happen so I am not angry at this point, but I am starting to wonder if a trip to Atlanta may be in my future...

Thank you in advance for any information on this company.

In my experience iPd is an exceptional company and their deliveries are one of the quickest I have encountered. Although I don't find it acceptable, a 4-6 week delivery from some companies is normal.

Good luck and I hope you receive your strut brace soon

It is a violation of a Federal law to charge your for parts that have not been shipped. To be legal, your parts would have to have been shipped on the 2nd.

If they say it has been shipped, demand a shipper and tracking number, else, threaten to call your local Attorney General and make noises about pursuing your own litigation.

What bs.
