Eastern Aerospace problem

I am not yet going to attack eastern areospace over this issue, but I need some help. I ordered their strut brace on May 1st. They charged my credit card on the 2nd and I still do not have the strut brace. There is no contact info on their site. I just called information and they have no listing for them in Atlanta. Did I just get screwed? Does anyone have any contact information for these guys?
I also ordered some things from IPD at the same time and received them within 5 business days. Being that I'm in St. Louis I assumed that the strut brace would get here first(only 10 hours to Atlanta), WRONG! I understand that mistakes can happen so I am not angry at this point, but I am starting to wonder if a trip to Atlanta may be in my future...

Hi, I check out their site quite frequently and didn't notice that their just a online ordering site. I figured they would have a phone #, but apparently not. I would fill out another order form and ask about your order and hopefully you will get an explaination. Make sure to post your outcome, I've often considered ordering from them. ~Gerald

I just received the strut brace from Eastern Aerospace. It took a VERY long time to get here, however the quality of the brace is much better than I expected. The welds are beautiful! I can't vouch for their horsepower claims, but they seem to sell quality products. It will take 2-3 weeks to get your order via UPS ground shipment.
