2004 XC90 Rear Wiper Motor

Hello:

I have a 2004 XC90 and the rear wiper quit on me recently. I'm not sure where to start in diagnosing this problem; the motor?, wiring?, switches? Anyone have any advice on getting started with this? Thanks.
