Key wont turn at all

Hi,

I have a 94 xc90 with 65k miles. When I got in the car this afternoon I put the key in and it wont turn past when i get power to put on the radio. My wifes key gives the same result. I have made sure the car is in park, my foot is on the brake and I have also tried turning the wheel to the left and right to make sure it wasn't "locked." Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. There are no messages appearing that would indicate any issues nor are there any warning lights on the dash.
