Horrible noise from air vents

I'm having this issue with my 2001 S60. The noise is coming from the passenger side. It only happens when the blower is on and typically at lower speeds. How do I get to the blower?

Thats the lovely death scream of the fan cage bearing. Somebody here actually figured a way to unseal it (it's a sealed bearing) and lube it.
