04 S60 Fan Noise

Periodically when I start my 04 S60, an over "reving" sound occurs just after the car turns over. To me it sounds like its the engine fan speeding up quickly and then dropping back to normal. Anybody else experience this issue? I brought it to the dealer a few years ago and they couldnt replicate it. WIth the COP warranty expiring in a few months I am concerned for long term.
