Power Steering Fluid Leak XC90...

Post by chainsawcircus »

I have a 2006 XC90 and the power steering fluid has recently started leaking out pretty quickly. I've looked at the reservoir and top hoses and they all look dry with no leaks. Underneath the vehicle I can see the fluid puddle on the floor and the bottom engine compartment cover is saturated with power steering fluid. My question is where is this leak below coming from? Is this a repair or a replace issue? How much? How easy? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Is the correct fluid on the steering rack?? Use volvo original fluid.. You can try searching on Ebay for a used great shape rack..

or try with the ZF (OEM ) alternative, (US$ 1473.00).. The repair of this item needs to many patience and tools, and skill.. remember you have your life over this item.......
