Adjusting the headlights

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

Adjusting the headlights

How can i adjust the height of the headlight beam? The passenger side is a bit too high.

There are adjuster screws to do this.
Pop the hood, look at the back of the headlamp assembly. Right between the high beam and low beam rear covers you will see the mechanism. You can access them from a thumb-size cutout in the sheetmetal above the headlights using a nut driver with about a 6mm(?) tip. Or you can just turn them by hand from underneath the sheetmetal IF you have strong fingers. The adjusting nut is white plastic.

Two cars. Four turbos. Gotta love it.
