The driver side sunvisor on my 1999V70XC doesn't work properly...keeps flopping down.
I took it out to try and fix, but no can do. The whole thing is sealed up.
A new one costs about $175...seems like a lot to me.
Anybody know where I can find one cheap?

I have never figured out how to fix one of these things. My old car's used to fall down all the time and it annoyed the heck out of me, so I ripped it off and stole one off a newer Accord from a junkyard. That is probably your best bet for yours, too.

One of the cooler upgrades that I've made to my '98 was a driver's visor with Homelink.
I watched eBay for a while to get a good price, but the wait was Totally Worth It.
I think they started coming in -00's and later.

Very easy install, no more floppy visor and 3 channels of Programmable Remote Control!
Quite convenient at -50...

I'd guess someone added it to your '99, Jim.
It doesn't show in the Owner's Manual until 2000.
Sweet upgrade!
