'95 854, AT, NA, 212k

For the last week or so, she's been cranking slower and slower. It hasn't failed to start . . . yet. Once it's running, it's fine, and no headlight dimming or issues with interior electrical when the key is in the accessory position. Battery and Alternator were replaced about 11 months ago. Could it be anything *other* than the starter?

Battery cables! Get a load test done on the battery/alternator. Advance Auto or Autozone will do these for free for you. If the battery checks out OK, it might be time for new positive cables.
