Trouble codes P0136 and P0141

I have a 2001 S80 T6 Turbo with 35,000 miles on it. The other day my check engine light came on and the scanner gave trouble codes P0136 and P0141. I know these have something to do with the oxygen sensors, has anyone had this happen to them before? What was done to correct the problem?

I had that march of 2009. ended up being the Catalytic convertor, and my fuel pump. It was before the recall for fuel pump, and my car was within mileage for emissions, so dealer replaced Cat under warranty, Fuel pump was replaced under warranty as well. Also Check the oring around the gas cap. if the seal /o-ring is cracked that can cause the emissions leak as well.
