So I should do the servo cover and fluid change myself then take it in to rest the adaptives, or can I do that myself also?
I am not sure waht reseting the adaptives involves.

The proper and thorough way is to have Volvo do it, by the computer (VIDA)
The drive cycle has to be done right afterwards.
