Driver seat problem
I dont know what its called but on my driver seat, teh small knob on the side the makes the seat firm or soft isnt working anymore, Its in the firm position but the seat knob has no effect when i twist it. I may have damaged the system when i reclined the seats and laid on it, i heard a pop and the firmness went away. Can I fix it somehow or is it screwed?

I would take out the whole seat, it is out within 20 minutes. Loosen all the plastic panels around the seat and loosen the electrical quick connections and the safety belt. Loosen the two big bolts in front of both sliding rails. Now you can slid and lift the complete chair up including the sliding mechanism. It is fastened in some sort of keyhole system, so you slid it 1 inch backwards and lift it up.
You should take the headrest out by pushing hard at front side appr. 4 inches below the two fastening rods. It is some locking device there. Lift at the same time.
Remove the adjustment knob for firmness of the back (the broken function).
Now you put the chair on a table and start working.
If you look under the back of the seat, you will find some horizontal rod inside a pocket of the leather at the opening and maybe some metallick clips holding the leather. Loosen the rod by twisting and moving and remove the clips (or cut the clips) and after that it is just to drag the leather carefully up. Make it in the way so it will be inside out when moving it upwards. Look for more clips, if you find some, remove them.
Look for the fault and repair it.
Instead of clips you can replace them with those strips made for holding electrical wires, buy a rather big strong size.
It is actually nothing magic, you will see what you have to do. Just take your time, and if the electric seat heating does not work, just look for the burned place and solder it together again. Put everything back in opposite order.
