Hey, i have a 1980 bertone. It doesn't have the original 6, and in the swap many things were lost... cruise, ac, etc... There is a 3 position toggle switch on the left hand side of the steering column, and i cant figure out what it is for. I am replacing the steering column surround because it's cracked and the new one doesn't have a hole for the switch (it is the same size as a standard dash switch) There are only 3 wires hooked up to a possible 10 connections on the back of the switch, and i can't find it in the Haynes wiring diagram... they dissapear into the dash and i cant find what they are supposed to be hooked up to.
If anyone knows what it is for, or has some ideas of other places look, i would appreciate the help..
thanks, J
what does this do?......

Ford to Sell Volvo... But To Whom?
figured it out... it was the interior lights.... that's what i get for working on my car on a sunny day
By the time i got it figured out, the bulbs were so hot i had to use a wadded up sweatshirt to get them out.
the bertone is coming along nicely... if anyone knows where i can get seats, drop me a line
