RATTELING REAR DRIVERS SIDE

Does anyone know of a metallic ratteling sound that occurs in the rear of the drivers side, almost like the ratteling of a catalytic convertor shield mssing a weld.

Any thoughts.

The heat shield fasteners on my S70 are gone and the heat shield is sitting on top of the muffler and is rattling.
