Please someone post a video of an 850 with an EST Exhaust!

How to go faster, stop quicker, and turn harder. Chips, exhaust, larger turbos, bigger/slotted/drilled rotors, high performance brake pads, manual boost controllers, performance shocks/struts/springs, airbox mods and more! Also discussion on HID and Xenon lights, aftermarket foglights and other exterior lighting.

Post by gigidy5 »

I cant find a video anywhere and am interested in buying a turbo back exhaust for my 850.

I want to hear the exhaust that is offered by Eurosport Tuning.

Anyone have one on their car?
Please post a video if you do.

Thanks a lot.

I am surprised no one had a video for you. Either no one has the EST exhaust or no one feels like making a video.

I am currently working on my 850 glt. Trying to get to a great stage 0 and then performance upgrades. Already 1300$ in and not even halfway done. Still really excited about my project though. So far EST catback exhaust, IPD intake, hd cbv upgrade, boost gauge, coil upgrade, spark plugs and wires, trans mount bushing, upper engine mount bushing, oil flush, AT flush, maf cleaned, vacuum hoses replaced, new cap and rotor, wastegate rod 1 full turn, fixed AC clutch, new rotors and pads. I think that's it. Next up is shocks/struts, springs, upgrade sway bars and tie rods, new halfshafts, spring seats, tires, and strut tower brace. Third and final stage is 3" dp w magnaflow cat, and ecu remap. Anyway, long story short the very first thing I did was the EST catback exhaust. Definite improved throttle response. Not the deep altered sound I was looking for though. Nonetheless still sounds good and noticeable. If I were u I would totally spend the extra 400$ and get the IPD turboback exhaust. Comes w the dp and cat whereas I'm gonna have to make my own dp and get the magnaflow separate. The complete kit is great cuz it's all right there in front of you waiting for install, which by the way doesn't take long at all. Make sure u have a rotary saw to cut the stock hangers off though or u won't be able to pull out the stock exhaust. Well worth the 6 bills! Keep on trucking...
Bread clip fix, EST catback, IPD SR5T, MSD coil, Bosch cap and rotor, OEM plugs/wires, silicone hoses, VDO gauge, new antenna mast/leather wrap/rotors & pads, IPD wind deflector, IPD poly bushings, IPD HD CBV, IPD turbo seal, IPD cabin filter

I have one. If you're looking for something LOUD, this ain't it. (I don't do videos), it's barely louder than stock.
You know it has an exhaust but only slightly! :(
Nice, well made piece with a good looking tip.
HOWEVER, what you can do (I plan to do this soon), is to replace the rear resonator with a straight pipe.
I've done this before on another car and then it has a very nice tone. Loud (ish), but not too loud with no droning.
Mod note. Jim passed away in early 2022, his contributions to this forum are immortal, and he is missed. RIP
